SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA – November 10, 2021 – Cerebras Systems, the pioneer in accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) compute, today announced it has raised $250 million in a Series F financing round, valuing the company at over $4 billion. To-date, the company has raised $720 million. The Series F round was led by Alpha Wave Ventures, a global growth stage Falcon Edge | Chimera partnership, along with Abu Dhabi Growth Fund (ADG) and G42. Alpha Wave Ventures, ADG and G42 join a world class group of investors including Altimeter Capital, Benchmark Capital, Coatue Management, Eclipse Ventures, Moore Strategic Ventures, and VY Capital.

The funding round enables Cerebras to further expand its business globally and deploy its industry-leading CS-2 system to new customers, while continuing to strengthen its leadership in AI compute.
